La Dra. Noemí Alemany fue nombrada Pediatra en el Hospital Bouquet Roldán en el año 1983. Cuatro años después, en el año 1987, fue nombrada Pediatra en el Servicio de Neonatología del Hospital Castro Rendón. Fue una de las fundadoras de la Asociación de Profesionales Médicos, institución de la que luego fue su Presidenta.
