El Dr. Carlos Revees, graduado de la Facultad de Medicina de la Universidad de Buenos Aires fue residente en el Hospital Elizalde. Al llegar a la provincia, en abril de 1975, fue médico del Policlínico ADOS hasta el año 1983. Este mismo año fue nombrado médico del Servicio de Cardiología del Hospital Castro Rendón.
